3M 396 is a polyester tape with high mechanical resistance and a super-adhesive glue that reliably adheres to difficult-to-bond materials such as PE or PP. It is suitable for butt welding of PP and PE films or fabrics. It has high shear adhesion strength and high carrier tensile strength.
