The double-sided adhesive foam tape 3M 9528W features a closed-cell polyethylene foam carrier and aggressively adhesive rubber-based adhesive. Adheres to most materials, including more difficult-to-bond plastics. It effectively fills small irregularities and structures of bonded surfaces. The white foam has a yellow paper liner.
