The double-sided adhesive foam tape 3M 9529W has a carrier made of closed-cell polyethylene foam and aggressively adhesive rubber glue. Adheres to most materials, including more difficult-to-bond plastics. It effectively fills small irregularities and structures of bonded surfaces. The white foam has a yellow paper liner.
