Product description

Lightweight, durable nylon fiber with carbon fibers

Spektrum PA12 CF15 is a modern technical filament reinforced with 15% carbon fibers, offering exceptional strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability. Provides excellent thermal resistance, withstands temperatures up to 170 °C, making it an excellent choice for applications requiring durability in extreme conditions. It is also resistant to chemicals and moisture, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Reinforcement with 15% carbon fibers ensures significantly better layer adhesion, leading to exceptional print durability. Thanks to the stress relief technology used, Spectrum PA12 CF15 offers excellent Z-axis strength, dimensional stability, and allows for printing complex models without deformation.

Thanks to the reduced weight (10% lighter compared to PA6 CF15) and strong adhesion between layers, PA12 CF15 is an ideal material for professional projects where precision, durability, and resistance to external influences are important. It is a reliable solution for engineering and industrial applications.

To achieve the highly attractive properties of the Spectrum PA12 CF15 material, it is technically necessary to adhere to the basic rules for storing these materials (in a dry and dark place with humidity below 15%). To achieve the best parameters of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before use.

Tip: Due to the significant content of chopped carbon fibers, it is recommended to use nozzles with a diameter exceeding the standard value of 0.4 mm. The presence of carbon fibers can also cause wear on standard nozzles; therefore, for longer application of Spectrum PA12 CF15, it is recommended to use nozzles made of hardened steel or ruby.
