PT-10/PT+10 for wire diameter 2.5 - 5.0 mm (cross-section approx. 0.75 - 4.0 mm2)
PT-20/PT+20 for wire diameter 4.0 - 10.0 mm (cross-section approx. 2.5 - 10.0 mm2)
PT-30/PT+30 for wire diameter 8.0 - 16.0 mm (cross-section approx. 16.0 - 50.0 mm2)

Options:
PT+ with an oval label pocket (the label holds better inside)
PT- with a flat label pocket (easier to insert even taller types of labels)
