Product description
Tape specifically designed for mounting photopolymer printing plates in flexographic printing, particularly suitable for applying the tape to the printing plate before mounting the entire composite onto a cylinder or Mylar sheet, as is common in carton printing. The tape is yellowish transparent, double-sided adhesive, 200 µm / 8 mil thick, with a PVC carrier and rubber adhesive. High tack and shear strength for reliable application, even when the composite is stored long-term. There is no edge peeling even with long-term use at high speeds. During assembly, the tape can be repeatedly repositioned for perfect placement, which is easier thanks to the transparent carrier. The structured liner ensures adhesion without trapping air bubbles.
